Dearest Fosters,

Truly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful beach house.  We lacked for nothing-the house was comfortable and well-equipped; the weather outstanding; the food recommended delicious; and the beach-well, the best beach around.  Hope to visit again!

Cathy –

Just wanted to drop you an email and let you know how much we enjoyed your home this past week. Everything was wonderful – what a great home!  And all enjoyed our time together – grandparents, parents, and teens (and 3 dogs).  The weather was wonderful – appreciate you ordering it for us!  Ha, ha.  We absolutely lacked for nothing at the house – wow!

We did use a few of your suggestions – shrimp from Skippers, crabcakes (and chicken salad) from Sarah K’s, and one late lunch at Fisherman’s Wharf in Destin on the way to the wonderful yarn shop in Ft. Walton called Unwind.  We even saw the new Indiana Jones movie at the theater by the Bass Pro Shop – what a nice theater.

Cathy and Jim, Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!  The house and all of the contents suited our family well.  The kids enjoyed playing with all of the beach toys.  The beds were comfy as well as all of the cottage's furniture.  With 2 year old quadruplets, we were unsure of how the vacation would evolve but it turned our great!!  We'll be sure to return next summer and stay again.

Dear Fosters,

Well, this place is so easy-from towels to ziploc bags...you make it such a pleasure.  My girls adored the bunkroom; my son felt like a king in the red room and we parents enjoyed every square inch.  Half the week was chilly so we were really glad to have the great family room, the movies, the games and the quick access to 30A.  The 2nd half was sunny and boy, did we appreciate the beach caddy on wheels.
This is a gem...I'm scared tell my friends....as they may scoop it up for next spring break.

We were thrilled with our vacation this summer.  So much, that we returned one month later for Labor Day weekend.  Your house was much more than we expected.  It made us feel like we were at home.  It is new and beautiful and had everything we needed besides our clothes!  You thought of every detail, from beach towels, suntan lotion to band aids.  Also, your outside storage was filled with wagons, chairs, numerous size ice chests, umbrellas and toys. This is one of the reasons we came back.  We knew we had a great house and were able to hop in the car for a quick weekend with only the clothes on our backs. We have teenagers who want some freedom and we loved the safe and secure feeling we had in the neighborhood and on the beach. It was not like a high rise where I would worry about them.  We will definitely see you next year.

We want to thank you for opening your home to our family. We had a wonderful time!  When I spoke with you on the phone, you told me all we would need to bring is our clothes and food.  You were so correct, there wasn't a single thing I can think of that the house needs.  We just loved the location, it was easily accessible to the beach, outlet malls and grocery stores.  I and my family didn't want to leave.  I want to thank you again for allowing us to rent your home and we hope to return really soon.

We loved the beach and Mykaela (5 years) loved the pool.  McKenna (5 months) was satisfied with any water. Thanks so much for letting us use your home!! We had a great time and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We had a great time at the beach and the kids loved going for a dip in the pool on our way back to the house. Our youngest's favorite activity was putting sand in the ocean and water on the sand.  We hope to come back next year.  This was our first "REAL" family vacation and it was great. Thank you,

Thank you for all of the special touches in your beach house that make it like home. We had great weather all week-the heat index , however, was 100-106 degrees-very hot!

We had everything we needed and more than we could ever have asked for-you thought of everything.
Our granddaughters loved their rooms. Gabrielle especially loved the bunk beds and the "Star Wars " videos.
The rolling insulated cooler was a lifesaver for John.  We look forward to next year.  Thanks again,

We just returned home and wanted to say Thank You for a wonderful vacation.  I knew from talking to you that it was going to be nice and we were not disappointed.  You ask that I let you know of anything that you could do to make our visit better....I can not think of 1 thing!  You spoil your guests from the moment they arrive....WINE cooled in the refrigerator WOW.  There is every game, book, video and DVD imaginable.  A very nicely stocked kitchen and so many special touches in each room.  As for beach items...there was nothing that was not provided...chairs, toys, floats, coolers and enough beach towels for a small army!  (even a collection of beach hats).  We have stayed many places over the years and these things are not provided.
You have made a rental property into a warm, inviting home and it was a joy to stay there.  There is not enough space to mention all the little extras that made our vacation relaxing, I was still finding things on our last day!

Thank you for sharing your home with us again this year.  We were here last year with family and came back with more family this year.

Our family member, Baylin, who is 20 months old, had everything that he needed here.  He loved the wagon, stroller and all of the sand toys.  Our daughters loved watching all of the movies at night, after long days in the sun and sand.:o)

We have been thrilled to be staying in our home on our vacation. It's like staying in a home away from home. My husband did a good job finding this. It is truly comfy with lots of space. We love the fact that everything we need is here, especially finding a gate so the baby couldn't climb the steps. Nice not to have to bring beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etcetera. Even not having to buy dish detergent, soap, plastic wrap, garbage bags, shampoo, etcetera was great. Thanks for sharing your home.

We just returned home and I couldn't wait to tell you what a wonderful time we had in your beautiful home. EVERYTHING was incredible!  The house feels and looks brand new, with every detail just perfect - from the inviting furniture to the well-stocked movies and books, to the myriad of beach supplies - we couldn't believe how you thought of everything anyone could need (we even found the band aids!). The location was great for our family - easy walk to the great beach and pool, with sidewalks for running/walking, and of course, easy access to the outlet mall.  We can't wait to rent here again!  Thanks for putting so much of yourselves into the beauty of your home!  It was so hard to leave!!  V, M, L & E

What a great stay we had at your cottage.  Everything we needed was provided. The home was tastefully decorated and completely comfortable.

Not only did the home provide all the conveniences, but we were also provided with great printed information on services throughout the area which was very helpful.  Additionally, I would like to thank you for making yourself available via the phone/e-mail to answer any questions or offer any assistance.

WONDERFUL....It was home when we walked in the door. It's very difficult to begin because everything was just a great as the other. From the beds- to the TV in every room -to the neighborhood-the rooms decor- to the neighbors-to the beaches & palm trees-When you said all you need are your clothes and food, you were so right. You so thoughtfully supplied all the basic necessities-napkins, paper towels, toilet paper soap, dish soap, etc., etc. It was so nice not to have to rush to the store upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable utensil, cook ware and dishes. Everything was so fresh and clean. The house has a friendly aura and we enjoyed our stay here very much. I got your voicemail, I just got back to Boston late last night, I was in Atlanta for the week, so things have been quite hectic. Thank you so much for the lovely rental, it was perfect and we loved it!  I can’t think of a thing that you would need to add, everything was wonderful and it was so nice not to have to worry about bringing towels, beach stuff etc.  The cottage is absolutely adorable and accommodated all of our needs, I will definitely be back at some point in the future.  That was so sweet to leave the Champagne , my sister (bride) and I were down there by ourselves on Thursday having a girls' night, so we used the bottle then!!  Thanks again, the directions were perfect!  I just wish we could have stayed longer!!  Hopefully I will be back in the near future!!  Good luck with everything!

This was the best vacation that our family has been on. This is all because of the wonderful home the Fosters have created. The home is VERY clean and there is everything that you can think about all included in this rental. There is not one bad thing that I can say about this home. It is absolutely wonderful. What a great place for family! For people looking for the right house to entertain family, this is the place. The attention to detail for kids is remarkable. From the small table and chairs to baby gates to wonderful kids movies, everything was covered. The bark porch was a traditional night cap for our family. The gated porch gave the opportunity to enjoy the nights outside. The beach is remarkable and there was enough beach equipment for the small kids as well as the big kids (a.k.a. the adults.) The pool was a huge hit with the kids. These owners think of all the small details that others forget. We'll be back for sure!
