Reservations

All in-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.  Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.  To hold your reservation, a deposit of $500 is required within a week of booking.  Balance is due 30 days before arrival.

A security deposit in the amount of $300 (payable by check to owner) is also required and must be paid in full prior to your check-in date.  This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage to the house.  State of Florida tourism tax on all homes, condos and hotels is 11% and will be added to your rental fee.

We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for entire rental period.

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel 60 days in advance of your reservation, we will make a full refund.  If you cancel any time between 1-60 days, we will refund your deposit if we can re-book the property.  We will make every effort to do this.  In case of a declared hurricane, we will refund your money on a prorated basis.

Payment Options:  We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and PayPal (Visa, Master Card, American Express).

Property Description:  3 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, D/S bunk bed, sleep sofa), 2-1/2 bath cottage.  Sun-bleached colors, three porches, picket fence, outdoor shower, tin roof and storm shutters.  Inside you will find all of the amenities of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, large comfortable master bedroom with private bath and balcony, and so much more.   Pet-friendly (All pets must be approved prior to arrival.  Please note, there is an additional fee of $100 per pet.)
